Looking at the trading volume since the results update announcement on 19 January, I don't see any indication of anyone heading for the doors in anticipation of a poor results outcome on Monday.
As someone on here said earlier, ASIC are not in the business of wrecking companies, just keeping them in line, therefore I don't expect the outcome of that issue will have a lasting impact on the Nuix business, if at all.
I'll be watching later today to see if there is a sniff of leaked results before I assess Monday's likely movement, but my guess is it will be a muted response and in line with the 19 January announcement.
