YAY!! We are starting to rise. No 'dumping' update from ASIC. ASIC has it's own crises currently, the last thing the would want to do it replace Nuix while they themselves are on the verge to be brutally broken up. Makes me wonder, if AFR should be sued for creating malicious market panic with their false, intentionally sensational article.
No news from Sheehy either regarding his appeal, post 3 weeks the news came out; Looks like it was just a hollow threat to Nuix by sending a hollow 'Notice'. Within 2 days Nuix will impose legal costs on him. IMO ~$10million.
