Theres seriously something wrong with the regulator if you can't find a link between these two. A mass sell off for a benefit of $5 mill before the share price massively drops. i mean come on?! meanwhile these guys get away with it and the rest of the shareholders are left with nothing?
Talking about shareholder value.. Where is it? the shareprice has never even bounced back since the numerous downgrades.
Serious failure by the regulator to do its own job. Instead they are just cutting and running. ASIC needs to be investigated themselves.
All the above are my opinions only.
