ASIC senate inquiry starts this week, with Nuix being one of the main case studies being presented and reviewed. This will no doubt shine more light on the situation. The fact that ASIC 'quietly' dropped the major investigations into Nuix is ridiculous.
Someone needs to front about these investigations.
