I agree, many macro factors at play currently. Plus real impact of interest rates and inflation are just beginning to be realised. We will have the ASIC lawsuit heard Nov 2023. The ABC news piece has only helped Nuix, IMO. It's ASIC that needs to tighten controls.
Macquarie must've covered all the bases legally before floating Nuix, they are no novices. They are shrewd crooks. But the directors who kept quiet through all the mess must pay, IMO. They failed ethically and I am glad they will face scrutiny by the honourable court.
The class action needs to pivot towards Macquarie and not Nuix, If it does, I will jump on it!
