    the judge need to take in account of shareholders...

    essentially retailers holder...

    these executives got paid millions and walk away , while we left holding the liabilities...

    also Macquarie made half a billion and without any liabilities...

    pwc also dodge liabilities...

    most shareholders are like 70 to 90 percent down....

    the court need to understand they not suing nuix... they suing us the shareholders...

    i think taking in account of the damges done already, the court will be more reluctance to do anymore damage....

    ex ceo is not going to get $120 million after these disaster episode...

    he also part of the blame of nuix down fall...

    nuix is slowly recovering from these damages and will be a strong company in future...

    even if nuix loss, the court will appoint a payment plan due to the damges already done...

    so long hold for us....
