I highly doubt how many people here truly understands their SaaS model.
It greatly eliminates the initial hardware setup/cost for their clients which means short time to deploy, all it need is username and password so they can start using Nuix straight away. They also have different pricing tier just like Amazon AWS, the more you use the more you pay. Now with that in mind, it is understandable that forecasting how much data client will be using will be difficult given current situation (COVID lockdown in countries here and there, less court cases etc..), I hope after they get a handful of client using SaaS, they can be better at forecasting future earnings.
I highly doubt how many people here truly understands their SaaS...
