They start making regular announcements showing the business is moving in the right direction
They show a chart that demonstrates the consumption pricing revenue will catch up or exceed previous projections
They get one huge deal showing potential for better than 10-20% growth e.g: like Palantir's news "Palantir deepens its Pentagon business with new $100 million Army contract" (notice for some reason Palantir is actually able to name their customers when talking about new deals which adds a lot more context than what Nuix has been presenting)
Notice to dual-list
A notice showing how they plan to use the $100 million: Acquisition/partnership that improves current offerings, gets into new markets or gets access to a better sales pipeline.
A new product that has the potential to increase sales is announced.
