I agree with the management refresh above, but to answer your question the prospectus said no dividends this year. They need to focus on building sales and growth. They shouldn't even be considering dividends for a few years unless a company they acquire or change in business model gives them substantially more revenue and nowhere more profitable to invest it internally.
