However, given the SP is heading in the right direction, the company is at last making a profit and isn't carrying debt, I think the only way is up for this company.
Making NXL have to deal with and pay defending against a Class Action may defeat the purpose of compensation. Lawyers will try to push continuing a Class Action for obvious reasons.
It does irk me though that the ex Director Phillips and Macquarie Capital then are not held accountable for allegedly poor behaviour leading to the SP tanking.
