Agreed.
Instos and algo trading flushed them out at $4.70s on March 8.
Moved it higher to $6.. Then came back for more today at $4.99.
Up we go again and in the trading range.
Needs a good break out above $6 and then its on.
As always, great work by a sleeping regulator letting this carry on occur.
