For those that entered at the IPO or higher there is ‘no chance’ that there will be a class action. It’s actually not even a moot point - but rather irrelevant in my view.
The company listed a range of risks in the IPO and their updates to the market have been sound in reason and explainable since. The fact that the updates have been disappointing does not allow one to lynch the company and senior management in one fell swoop. This is still a very strong market leading company within an expanding market, with strong fundamentals, and with multiples that are becoming more attractive each day. I will continue to accumulate on the down trajectory and see this as an opportunity.
