The most concerning aspect of Nuix is missed in Revenue forecast and downgrade came twice. Shares crashed, media interest peeked, investigation began , scandal and bad news upon bad news followed and eventually ASIC investigation. So major allegations by media and previous holders were Nuix was misleading revenue forecast. I assume it's natural to sue for damages if that's the case. However, what if risks are laid out clearly to investor as Nuix did in this case. They have clearly mentioned do not rely on this forecast.
