Its funny that when reporting on this matter AFR conveniently ignores the fact that Eddie and Nuix settled in 2019 through a NSW Supreme Court declaration which at face value clearly states that's he's entitled to 453,273 options. And the critical point is that this court declaration was agreed between the parties after the 50:1 option split happened in 2017.

In order to succeed Eddie would need to convince the Court that despite the parties expressly agreeing he was entitled to 453,273 options in 2019 and filing orders with the Court to that effect, the 50:1 split which happened in 2017 should somehow apply to his options as well.

Seems like a pretty uphill task to me and greedy Eddie will most likely leave the Court with egg on his face
