Nuix really should have sorted this out earlier in the IPO... i'm not sure what the former CEO and CFO were thinking.. oh wait... CFO was allegedly insider trading and i'm pretty sure the former CEO was sitting on his hands while all this was going on...
Shareholders are paying a very steep price for stuff that a supposedly 'global' company should have fixed..
Just reading an article last week on them hiring a former AMEX marketing guru.. it said that Nuix didn't previously have a need for a Chief Marketing Officer... what in god's name were they running back then..
All the above are my opinion. DYOR.
