Prolly some old BS. The management doesn't know how to run a listed company. All they will do tomorrow is give another misleading false hope about how they are on track to achieve the target this time. SP will go down as usual, nth exciting on the press. And when the numbers get released, they will again miss the target by some % and SP will get hammered again. The cycle continues....
