I didn't say there's no maintenance with solar. I'm just asking if your analysis considers statutory maintenance and upkeep. But on that point, I'm not sure there's any legal requirements for the maintenance of solar because it's not a literal bomb.
I've worked in power generation and numerous other processes which use pressure vessels, and the statutory requirements are stringent. Go have a read of AS3788 or AS4343. Now throw a nuclear reactor in the mix.
