Since you asked then please bear with my negativity. I am the kind of investor that focuses and hones in on the downside (rather than upside). And will happily shit on my stocks in effort to get just a bit more info from the HC community... discussing uspide is easy and is already there in the company presentations.
No doubt POD is a great project and a great resource but this doesn't necessarily equate to capital gains by owning POD shares (at least at my purchase price of approx $0.45).
By cashing out now (at a loss) i am able to buy more POD shares (with that cash) than i previously owned. This is assuming of course that the SP will fall below my sale price (of $0.24).
I think the probability of the SP going below the SPP price of $0.22 is more likely than not.
Why?:
1.Chart trends are likely to continue more than they are likely to reverse (basic TA principal)
2. We are likely in a 1-2year bear market (perhaps even stagflation)
3. POD has much more drilling to do with each stage becoming progressively deeper and more costly. More CR and dilution is required.
4. Raising cash in a bear market for a drilling project is hard and dilutionary (especially for retail holders who don't participate in insider games)
5. There are no punchy deliverables in the project development timeline. (metallurgy has already been delayed?) and existing SP catalysts will likely fizzle out.
6. the lack of punchy timelines hints at a lifestyle company
7. the development of a resource project in the PFS and DFS phase are typically considered boring by the market and the SP more often than not falls (refer to lassonde curve)
8. statement 7 is even more true when the resource is already well constrained (i.e. our 15km strike) and the resource growth (vertically down) is already priced in the SP
9. Cannacord are not retail friendly, and are not a good shareholder. They will gladly dump shares whenever. Their control over every POD CR is repulsive to me.
10. Cheasapeake Capital's Non Executive director is a Cannacord Executive Director. I see this as a conflict of interest. And I have mistrust of any Cheasapeake holdings and POD CRs.
