At least the company gave SH the right to participate at the soph $0.22 level. I think there is still confidence here in getting the full amount raised despite the fact it was not underwritten, there is still a Shortfall Facility to allocate Additional New Shares up to the maximum limit. I'm hoping it gets fully subscribed and POD ends up with $10m in the kitty. Trouble free operating for he next 12 months, imo.

Here is an interesting aside here, and could be nothing, but note that GS had not been a contributor on POD since some small BUYS in April. And all of a sudden they sold 681k shares at the 12 month low average of $0.209 obviously below the CR price of $0.22. From a very large foreign insto, that advice doesn't seem too sound for me.

As suspected Cannacord who managed the placement have been the largest net seller since 11/7, together with Euro and a couple of smaller others all above the CR price. So just rotating some holdings by the look.

And then the shorts look like they were covered by the sophs placement on the 11/7.

could be something or could be nothing. one thing to consider is that during large market sell-offs there are lot of margin calls which forces people to sell anything they can to provide collateral and safe part of the portfolio.
