There was an important press release today in Canada with respect to Generation mining .This is a PGM resource in northwestern Ontario.Wheaton (a streaming company) has just signed a streaming deal with Generation for 240 million dollars .This is an increasingly common way to fund capital projects to help construct a mine .I see no reason why POD couldn’t sign a similar deal once they have proved up their reserves and have a feasibility /mine plan in place .Wheaton is a quality streaming company like Franco Nevada .POD would have to be careful who they sign a deal with (there are some very unscrupulous streaming companies).I dont see many deals like this in Australia but its the wave of the future to get mine financing .
