Communications are important. Press releases and presentations need careful drafting. Presentation training makes a difference. He trained all of our frontliners who typically raised $500m-$1bn at a time. It worked. It took effort but paid handsomely.

We don’t want excited pumpers, just convincing communicators who build confidence.

The good news is this can easily be change by hiring the right people. Glad they are doing well in the other areas for now.
