    The Chinese are very sentimental, it's a nice message that should resonate in that market.

    It's just another piece of information to confirm the fundamentals are rock solid for BAL and it is undervalued at the current price. But with shorts active and negative media around China, buyers have been sitting on the sidelines.

    At some point the Bulls will awaken...
