It'd be interesting to know what has happened here. For one I could never find where he reported being a substantial holder so either I didn't search hard enough (very likely!) or he is very lax with compliance.
And now obviously no change/ceasing to be a sub holder has been filed so he simply could have moved most of his holdings into a BNP/Citi etc nominee account. There has been some very large transfers that have gone through....
Or perhaps he did unload and not file anything. That wouldn't be a good look for him.
