I think a positive announcement on SDV JV would see a share price rise because it derisks the project and provides certainty around financing. However I think the major data point which will see this sector run is a turn in the Chinese spot price. That would trigger algos from sellers to buyers across the sector. The short position at 17 percent is actually a positive in my view now..
