If I were you, I would go and have a look at the company EOY financials. What you have posted isn't correct. I suggest reading from page 112 to 117 of the 2024 Annual Report.
If you don't believe that, maybe provide the detail from the reported $9.2M displayed in your post.
I also put it to you that Dale Henderson has performed at a higher level and achieved more than MC has at CBA. It isn't just about the share price.
Number 17 is overpaid, very much so compared to number 18
