I see your sentiment is hold. So do you think that this fee for service model works? I am interested as I have never liked the commission based models, however Australia seemsaddicted to all these hidden cost models. You see this in the issues surrounding small LIC's as well. The consumer seems to be getting smarter or the industry is changing from within. I don't know what it is but at some point these issues will require resolution. I have been looking at this stock to see if you can change to fee for service and if the customer will accept that.
