Tim I think you know as much about stock market rules as you do with bookmaking.
PLV have 246m shares on issue Sub holder notices only have to be issued after they change buy 1% - While I doubt WEG were selling prior to the suspension they could have sold 2,400,000 shares without lodging a change in Sub holder notice.
Re SS & T they were concerned enough to lodge the 604 on the 10th of September - Safer to assume that SS & T still have 20% voting rights until you see the form 605 I reckon.
