The preclinicals on the Coramsine/Imoxine combination are just one part of Solbecs program . I think we have to remember that Coramsine has already demonstrated some strong efficacy against very advanced refractory tumours during their phase 1/2a clinical trial as a single agent . Coramsine is now ready to enter further trials . This is the most advanced arm of Solbecs program . That was against various tumours and I think much better results are possible once the trial is focused on earlier stage patients and proven targets for Coramsine . Have you heard of any start date for a phase 2b GF ?
As they have announced previously , they now have finance in place for the trial . I never cease to be amazed at how far management and board has taken this little biotech with so little backing .
