Has Horizon 2's entire resource base or most of the base been determined? I would think this would have to be a, if not the, definitive make/break question to be answered. If there is still a large area yet to be explored, this should be done first before a huge capital commitment is made. It really is about scaling the project and strategic alliances and cash. That, done wisely, brings shareholders the greatest returns and AGO performs very well on this measure to this point. This is a big decision, to take or not to take that next step. Obviously, not a fait accompli.
