Admittedly im half cut at the moment, so take what you will out of this.
But currently QOL's market cap represents less than the investment it has put into bringing Wolfram Camp close to production.
It is also not putting any value to its other projects.
So theoretically, we are already trading below NTA. (from an accounting standard im fairly sure plant is considered as an asset)
Re: further raising: my hope, and i'm sure many other small holders, is that a placement will be made to those within the top 20 or so. I think its only about 5mill more the need to raise, so i wouldnt care if they gave Talbot or someone a heap of options in order to get him to throw in the extra 5mill. Its not like it is funding exploration, it's funding something that will be cashflow positive (and profitable) by the end of the year.
Even in the current credit crisis, surely people would be willing to stump up the cash for something like this....
