Hard to believe CRE is down to support levels last seen in 2005-6. Based on the April presentation of $85m cash and 620m shares, forget options (20 - 40c) which are presently out of the money, each CRE share is worth $0.13 without placing any value on gold reserves (0.40m ozs Probable reserve)in 1,600 km2 tenement holdings, Northern Territory uranium tenements, South Australian tenements etc, etc.Obviously undervalued and oversold so who is continuing to sell and force the share price lower - something is really rotten here.
I've emailed my concerns to management and they are also concerned but have no idea why the share price is being hammered as follows.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

As a concerned shareholder I believe the current share price of the company does not reflect the fundamentals of the company or the gold price and is continuously being sold down. I'm also aware many companies in the industry are facing the same dilemma. I have to ask whether you are aware of any circumstances which may be causing the sell off with the share price down 55% from it's highs. If you believe there is no reason for the sell off then I would ask you to read the following and consider supporting Sinclair in the view you have nothing to lose and shareholders every thing to gain,

    Roland's reply

I too am concerned about the share price as much as you (if not more so).

There seems to be a vast amount of irrational selling in the market, not only with CRE but other stocks as well (particularly gold).

I would tend to agree with Jim (Sinclair)and do support his views on the effects of errant profiteers playing havoc with individual companyies stock prices. I am not sure if it is a Chamber of Mines responsibility however, as they have nothing to do with the listed market.

    Cheers

    Roland

Guess reality is what it is and CRE is not the flavor of the
    moment.
