it is not "official" research (those are reserved for vested interests) but IT IS true amount of adds on Domain !
on the other hand...what do you suggest we use (if we ignore this, most obvious, place) ???
a fragmented concoction of 'hear say' by spruikers around the Oz ?
they all will claim to have exactly the numbers that (suprise, suprise!) suits their own argument at the time !
(much like the thread prior that claimed that market is tightening in Perth and it is below 9000...)
