Accepting stats blind is fine for firing posts on a thread, not too much thought required and no consequences just ignore correcting posts or just pop over to the penny stocks until the next bit of data to load and fire comes along, take the thumbs up from the crowd and move on. All good and fine but it don't feed the kids.
For those that make money on property, they know their areas of investment minutely and the rest is just noise and bananas.
There is very little for sale in my areas of interest and appears that things have tightened in the last few months.
