im not sure how big perth is going to get but it does seem that comparatively there is a lot more listed properties per capita in perth than sydney !
melbourne seems to be simply in the league of its own there...
(if i counted anything that i shouldn't have, feel free to bring it to my attention...im from sydney so...)
