my thought is there are way to many spiffs that down ramp a stock in this environment and conversely spruke the stock in a strong market that are allowed to get away with it for way to long a period as all they want to do is get enough volatility to suit their needs.
these guys are usually cuurent or past stock brokers preying on the vulnerabe
I know that is the name of the game but starting to see way to many leeches/
