Sadly your data sums up the whole Syntonic story.

5 placings if you include the relisting (that I can recall) and yet the share register is no bigger in size.

In other words the directors have been unable to retain old PSF shareholders or those that bought into the Technology earlier, or bring a host of new investors onboard during the last 3 years.

Why? simple, its something I've said many times before, they have no understanding of private investors & the way a company needs to interact with them. Not speaking to shareholders on the phone is a prime example for anyone doubting the disconnect.

We've had what close to a 1 Billion new shares issued from all those placings & yet no real growth in shareholder numbers, so effectively the same people have bigger & bigger holdings who's value has dropped dramatically in the other direction.

I keep hearing from all the bulls that the company is young, directors are learning what's required etc etc. This tells me there not & have never understood investors from day 1 sadly.
