I agree taboon. Unfortunately social media has become a forum for those discontent with their own lives come to vent and take out their unhappiness on strangers whether by attacking companies or telling strangers that they they know better and we are fools. They feel the need to try and rescue others to fulfill something missing in their own lives. Give people the dignity and the right to make mistakes and to deal with the consequences of their action because that's how we grow and improve ourselves. Not pointing anyone out in particular.
