    Hi Sandybeachs,
    I think any form of consolidation around this stage of the new company forming is a bad idea. comparative to what it will grow to as a result of the merger the number of shares on offer isn't bad imo. also of note all the share created in the merger will be escrowed for 12months so they can't be sold/dumped etc.
