Today each NEO share was diluted to the tune of 6.74%by my reckoning and yet the share price was up!

In the case of the options this is classic NEO. The public has until Dec this year to be in profit at $0.66+ while the enlightened and creditors alike have an extra 6 months to see $0.44+

While the psychology of a ten to one consolidation has not been lost on me as the market cap still lies at the end of the equation.
