The most recent Appendix 3B ""always"" lists the current shares and options on issue, providing there isn't a capital raising notice afterwards.
It is better to look at the Appendix 3B because options are quite often not reflected in other sources of information.
It's important to know the amount of options sitting on the side lines, and at what price they can be exercised.
