Most likely course of action is they'll propose 'cleaning up the register' and bundle all the tiny share holdings into a big lot and sell them off. They'll act like they're doing us a favour by not charging brokerage fees. Even though they have massively eroded all value previously in the company through mismanagement and massive dilution.
