and as if anyone in here is going to say that they deplore the bumps before the first bounce on grand final day... its probably the most exciting moment in football for the entire season, and quite frankly i was extremely let down on the day, watching from the long room as neither side sized up the opposition...

and im not asking for guys to king hit their opponents, just to show a bit of passion and gamesmanship... i think after the loss when the saints sat down and thought 'hmmm, what could we have done differently', it would have been discussed...

hawthorn won a flag doing it, saints lost a flag by not doing it...

thats my view, and im sticking with it...
