Well the source is a mixed source.

Deeper shales that generate wet gas and oil and then the theory of the seal and internal shales with in structure.

The deeper sources are definitely abundant enough to produce enough wet gas. The question remains are there enough in the oil prone window. I think there is, as all intercepts at the Milne level have proven oil bearing that being at Roc and Dorado. There was a hint in an earlier post that the Milne goes below the structural closure below the Dorado canyon and may act as a migration pathway. Where too and it’s a good hint to Apus.

It’s one of those things. If it’s gas filled it could be +5tcf and condo as the trap is a multiple of size to dorado. If it’s oil it’s billions of barrels.

One needs to look at the TOC of the source rocks and assess the volume of those rocks and then how it will migrate. I’m sure Adrian’s team will be busy assessing the mixed sourcing and looking at the volumes.
