I'd just like to get this relisted - it's been a while and any more delay is certainly not in any one's interest. Be nice to at least get one's investment back intact - perhaps a little more.

Whether the deal is good or otherwise will be gauged by market reaction once it relists - short term it may dive as have copper prices. It is obvious that some holders are somewhat disgruntled but it is also obvious that not all share that view. Some show emotions at rather elevated levels.

Commodity prices are never static - short term fluctuations are norm and by the time copper is monetized the price will differ from current - preferably up and there's always the option of hedging. Doubtful management worries about day to day fluctuations. Demand indicators for copper is still positive despite short term price falls.
