    I'm guessing there would need to be another CR for continued operations to justify CRL relisting. Check out chapter 12 of ASX listing rules and also the key risks of the Mt Margaret acquisition announcement where this is noted.

    If Shareholders do not approve the Acquisition, the Company will not proceed with the Acquisition
    and will need to find an alternate means to meet the requirements of Chapter 12 of the ASX Listing
    Rules.
