He has given them a new direction and has pointed out where they should be focusing. To that end they have a plant upgrade coming and after that new products focussed on the Chinese market. They've got MOUs and Deals with Chinese companies they didn't have 12 months ago.
Li has only been involved for 8 months or so. I'm not sure what you want. If you were expecting an immediate transformation to A2, then no doubt you're disappointed.
