I hope you're right PJ83, that it will be $2000+, but i think it will be closer to $1000 in it's early stages in Russia.
I don't see how people in Russia will be able to afford it if it's not subsidised by the government. How much the government are willing to pay towards treatment is not known although they pay up to $1000 for hospital treatment according to the research report.
Is it fair to assume that most of the prospective recipients of Ropren would be alcoholics who wouldn't be employed or would be low wage earners? The average wage in Moscow was around $500 per month last year according to the link below.

As for the original question, how much net profit are Solagran likely to make on an income of $120m for instance (just a guess as i don't know what the pricing will be next month)?
$30m perhaps? What are their payments likely to be for royalties and other items on the list?
On $30m net profit, sp should be above $2 within 12 months imo.
