Im thinking regardless of how Varm Cosmo manufacture their CBD into their product lines for skincare, at the end of the day we have a company willing to purchase 5 of our products in Bulk form in a white-label agreement that have been tested and are successful in treatment. We will be providing Varm Cosmo with an agreed purchase quantity amount of 15,000kg (bulk form) not CBD (our products contain CBD)

At the end of the day:
- They are buying our tested and formulated products
- Purching this for $3.3M a month/ $40M annually
- They have an 31 days to sign a sales agreement; under the already signed Binding T&C  Supply agreement- most likely to finalise sale purchase prices and finer details
- Sales in Varm Cosmo existing consumers and distribution network
- Sales of our product (ingredient) in the Korean market with $6.5 Billion in retail sales for facial skincare and is expected to increase by 5.8% over over 5 years, with $7.2Billion in sales by 2020

The other thing also to consider, they may have been aware of the numbers you have come up with as per above, and the lack in revenue they can generate on their own, but see the potential in CBD ingredients for skincare products.

They have found a company with good quality products, great concept and who are aligned with the same own core beliefs in what they are trying to achieve. Which makes sense why they would be purchasing our product range at the price they have signed up to. This deal is perfect in more ways than one!
