It may not have been a coincicence after all.
There seems to have been a single transaction, before the market opened (ie an overnight transaction), on the LSE when 730,000 shares were traded unchanged at 1.25p. This is equivalent to 2.5c.
The total traded on the ASX was also 730,000 at a VWAP of 2.8c.
Could be that someone changed Registries at no cost to themselves.
