okay, I've just done some research...

ALL of the Escrowed 36 mil shares belong to Company directors or companies in which they have an interest.

e.g. John Harkins has 4.8 mil shares, his company Uzes Holdings has 8.3 mil. Martino owns shares through Impact and Domenal. All are in the top 20.

They are due to come out of escrow 24 months after listing i.e 28 Oct 2011.

Directors therefore own 26% of all shares. They would want to avoid dilution at all costs, hence the lack of cap raising. They have a lot of skin in this stock.
